"Everyone at this State Farm agency is absolutely amazing and will go the extra mile and even understand and be compassionate in a hard time. I recently had an awful experience with an accident where we were rear ended and the tow yard would not release our car after over a week even after we signed the release. They turned away tow trucks for multiple reasons. Matt went above and beyond to find a tow company that lived up to this tow yards needs. Tom Door’ Liberty is an absolute disgrace. Thanks to Matt and all almost 6 claim reps at State Farm we finally got the vehicle back over to the repair shop in New Jersey where we live. I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who helped and especially Matt for helping handling this awful and strange situation. So grateful so have such a great agency to have your back in a time of need!"
